Q: Hi, why does it contain alcohol if its supposed to protect the liver from alcohlo?

I think I am right saying that the small amount of alcohol keeps the milk thistle without preservites. If you don’t want the alcohol you can add the milk thistle to hot water to disolve the alcohol. But as I say it is only a very small amount so will not hurt you.
