I think jointace Omega-3 has it cracked!! All the right combinations to strengthen bones - it's a shame there isn't a larger package of 60-90 caps - I think this would be more useful - two a day = 10 days supply - Wouldn't a month's supply be more useful as this combination will take time to work on the body.

Size of capsules is quite big. more than usual tablets or capsules so be careful while buying if you find it hard to swallow big capsules. I am not able to finish pack due to its size.

Directions. Two Jointace® capsules per day with your main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Do not take if you are allergic to fish or shellfish. Jointace® contains glucosamine sourced from natural chitin. Diabetics should consult their doctor before using this product.
