Will this work with my sky fibre router that i have

Yes it will work with any router but you need to be aware that this is not a wireless router, it is just an access point so all it does is extend your wifi. It is not plug and play and has no web page to set it it up. You will need to install the Unifi controller software on your computer and configure it from there. After set up though, you should not have to do any more with it again.

Does anyone know the range of the signal in Meters / Ft????

HI, Unfortunately this is a near impossible questions to answer as range would depend on environment along with wireless channel used (some are aloud to use more power) and the device your going to be connecting I.E. your phone will have worse range when compared to a laptop. 300ft is usually the advertised figure however this is reliant on clean line of site and full spectrum availability, throughput at this range is also very limited.
