Hello are these bowls a good shape for a dishwahser? My dishwasher is only 55cm wide and none of my cereal bowls fit in the rack.

Fits mine dishwasher perfectly - standard Smeg model. I like the bowls - bought them because of their shape and I'm very happy with them.

are these brilliant white? or greyish when compared to other whites?

They are a fairly bright white, tho not quite as white as some China mugs I have; they're not greyish. The oatmeal I think refers to the fact they're breakfast dishes or cereal bowls, if you thought they might be an oatmeal colour..
