BionaOrganic Cranberry Juice, 750ml

I bought this juice to help relieve the symptoms of a urinary tract infection which returned the day after my course of antibiotics finished. Lo and behold not only did it alleviate the symptoms but it got rid of it altogether just after drinking it diluted with water a couple of times a day with plain water in between for two days. I must admit that I was sceptical at first but there is definitely something to be said for unsweetened, pure cranberry juice. This brand really does work! You must remember to have at least 4-6 glasses of plain water in between and stay off caffeinated drinks. However, there is one negative point: the lid comes off easily with the seal and it seems that the bottle isn't sealed tightly enough. I don't know how much you should dilute with water but I put it in a tall glass in the ratio of just under 1/3 glass juice and 2/3rds water. And as for the taste- it's not sweet at all and not so sour that you can't drink it.

I like this. Couldn't drink it neat, but nice mixed with water. No added sugar like supermarket versions, all pure. Will buy again.

Good quality but when the price jumps from £8.49 to £13.25 it is out of the question

This product is the best pure organic cranberry juice you can buy in the UK. It isn't sweet which is why it is so good for you but you soon get used to the rich berry flavour without sugar surprisingly quickly. It's a great way to wean yourself off sugary drinks. I do add water and dilute in a half and half ratio but started off 1/3 to 2/3 water. It is very refreshing and I also now drink a glass of water with cranberry juice and with 1/2 squeezed lime which is also very good for you. Once you have this drink regularly, perhaps with a meal each evening, you won't want to taste a sweet drink ever again. The cranberry juices in the supermarkets will taste unbearably sweet after you drink this regularly. Does it cure Urinary Tract Infection? Yes, definitely. After 3 days of drinking this twice a day - I was cured with no medication and no trip to the doctor. It seems expensive but the harvesting of cranberries is very labour intensive.The 750ml bottle offers the best value

Got my first UTI (blood, pain, urgency). Everyone told me to take antibiotics. When I finally got through to the GP, he told me I could end up with kidney problems if I don’t take the medication.As I couldn’t get to the pharmacy until 2 days I quickly got this juice, Ocean Spray cranberry drink and cranberry tablets (if you look at my other reviews you see which ones). Started to take this the next day. Took about 5-6 tablets a day, plus a carton of juice (which is mostly sugar, but at this point I didn’t care) and a glass of the Biona juice.In 3 days I had no symptoms!The juice is tart and strong, but if you mix it with shop bought cranberry drink then it is very drinkable.When reading medical papers online, they all emphasise that research is inconclusive on cranberry and UTIs and don’t really promote it as a cure. More like complimentary to antibiotics.Reading other women’s experiences, I don’t think my case was a miracle! I am so happy I didn’t have to take antibiotics which would have ruined my gut microbiome again and maybe made the UTI chronic.

This is my second purchase and I am still struggling with a urine infection. I am on my second lot of antibiotics too. The only reason I am still drinking this is because it is the pure cranberry juice without any sugars unlike what you buy from the shop. The taste is fine but i dilute it with warm water to take away the tangy taste. I don't want to give a review to suggest that it's effective in helping to treat my urine infection because I honestly can't tell but I think its better to drink the real stuff rather than buy those with added sugar. Delivery was excellent and the product is good. The only reason for 3 star is that I don't know if it's working at all as I said its 2nd week of urine infection antibiotics as well as cranberry juice.

Very very good quality and also packaged very nicely. I thought the price was abit too high at first but once you try it you'll see why it costs that much. Will definitely order again
