Well designed and quality product as only the Italians can produced. Fits nicely on the worktop and is a stand out feature.Not only does it look good but it produces excellent coffee every time. It is a step up from my old Delonghi that has served me well and after servicing it myself is still going strong but will be given to another family member.Quieter than the older one and very easy to use straight out of the box and with a QR code manual.Just a brilliant , simple to use coffee machine, very efficient and produces great tasting coffee.

We're very happy with this machine. It's so easy to use. Love the way it runs water through before and after use. Makes lovely coffee. Very good price. Would definitely recommend.

I've had this machine now for a couple of weeks after owning the previous version "Magnifica" for around five years.The good....A much superior internal design makes this so much easier to clean and less messy then the previous model which got horrendously clogged up with wayward grounds, this machine contains the grounds very neatlyIts a lot more compact on the kitchen benchThe steam knob control is a vast improvement in that it doesn't seem to get stuck when producing steam and hard to move like the old one , which in turn should mean not having to replace the knob every so oftenIts a little bit quieterThe not so good, Once again I have had to get into the grinder cogs and adjust them to get a finer grind because with the settings supplied, my coffee ran through like water, , if the grinder is capable of being taken apart and adjusted to produce finer grinds, why isn't this done at manufacture, we shouldn't have to be removing and resetting cogs.The steam wand is too short, I always dispense with the Panarello attachment as it produces a foam, not micro bubbles so once the panarello is taken off , the wand is barely long enough to reach the milk for frothing, Delonghi really should make allowance for those of us that don't use the attachment and make a longer wand.Those couple of gripes stop me giving this machine a five star rating which is a shame because its such a great machine at the price point.

This is a brilliant and easy to use coffee machine. Took me just 8 or 9 cups, to experiment getting to the perfect cup. Well worth the money and got a great bargain.
