CISBO SB397 Parking Reverse Sensors Audio Buzzer Alarm Canbus Kit, Black, Set of 4

After fitting CISBO branded some years ago to a 1999 Mercedes ML320, I took the plunge & had them fitted to my A4 B6 whilst it was in the bodyshop getting a nasty scrape repaired to the rear bumper. Usefully, Audi marked the bumper rear with the cut-out circles to aid fitting. The sensors work perfectly; as they did for the 4 years I owned the ML. The sensors have a square edge as opposed to the smooth tailing off edge shown in the images, but they still look good. Should I end up in the future with a car that needs sensors, I again would purchase CISBO over cheaper options. I looked at more expensive options for the Audi, but thought why? CISBO do a great job & have proved to be very reliable.

Fit these about 6 weeks ago and they work great. Had a few washes and rain on them and they still work fine. They seem to be fairly accurate and i found installation was easier than I thought even though my reverse light is located in the boot lid. So far very happy for the price.

These Silver Cisbo sensors matched perfectly in colour to my 2012 Ford Focus in Moondust Silver - if that helps anyone else.They seem to work ok, although not on things that are very low. The solid beeping tone comes on with about a foot to spare, which is about right to access the boot. I find it very handy and am happy with my purchase - especially with the colour match which looks factory fitted.As a side note, on the underside of my bumper the positions for the sensors were already marked out as rounded corner squares (not the circle ones that are also there, confusingly - not sure what those were for, possibly the more advanced parking assist sensors) - i found pushing a sharp screw into the centre of the square from behind the bumper made a small mark show on the front that you can use as a guide to drill into, it's a lot quicker than measuring and marking up each sensor position.

My 2 year old Skoda Fabia did not have parking sensors, and the local Skoda agent did not retro-fit them (but assured me that I would not invalidate my warranty by having sensors fitted independently). So I did my research and bought the Cisbo set which was fitted by my local independent garage in about an hour. I chose this set because I wanted a discretely hidden audio buzzer (placed on the rear parcel shelf) rather than a rather tacky looking colour display on the dashboard.The sensors work very well. You get a buzz when you first engage reverse, and an increasing pitch of buzz as you reverse closer to an object. The buzzer seems rather loud at the moment, but I am going to leave it for a couple of weeks before trying to adjust the volume, because it may just need getting used to.

The sensors were very easy to install and set up, baring in mind that I looked at another car of same model to see what cables to tap into, however the sensitivity of them isn't great. It seems to start beeping only 800mm from the object, and isn't consistent each time you useIf you are slightly anal with the workings of this sort of thing, then go for something a bit higher in quality and value,The silver colour match is perfect for Astra 2008,The volume is the buzzer isn't the loudest so needs to be located somewhere bearing this in mind.The box does have a sensitivity adjuster but it doesn't seem to do much.Ps they now seem to be so untrustworthy that they are useless, truthfully and honestly, avoid this , they are really poor do not pick up things and beep randomly even after you've hit something.

Had a problem with this item - refused to operate correctly, but after sales service was first class and after a few instructional checks the defective part was quickly replaced. Now working perfectly. Sensors are neat (and in this case a perfect colour match). Tone and volume are pleasant. Recommend this product, and have confidence in this seller in view of good after sales service.

Much easier to fit than I though they would be and they work perfectly. The bit I was most concerned about was drilling the first hole in the bumper but the hole saw supplied with the kit made it really easy, in fact the most difficult part was figuring out which one of the many wires in the boot went to the reversing light. The colour match is not bad at all especially since the car paint is metallic.
