Amazing!
I don't usually write reviews but this product really did douse out the stinky dead rat smell. Yes the product is quite strong smelling to start with but it isn't unpleasant as such, and beats getting a woft of grim rotting rodents. Really impressed.

Cloaks the smell quickly
Quick and simple to use. The scent overpowers the strong mousey smell resulting in a lavender/mouse smell so better but not eliminated.

Rat odour sachet.
I had a problem with a deceased rat under my bathtub that no one could reach, my friend bought me one of these sachets I didn’t hold much hope that a scent could get rid of that stench but I was wrong, it came at the end of February and it’s now the 19th of march and there’s no deceased rat smell at all there’s no smell of the sachet either unless you take up a floorboard or go sniff in the airing cupboard I bought one myself as a back up it smells like a ladies floral perfume very nice and it seems to be lasting a long time. Definitely would recommend.

Very strong scent
Have had for a day and it’s very strong but not the nicest smell. Better than dead mouse smell though (marginally). Think I’ll try a different solution next time.

Ordered these as I think I had a dead mouse or rat under my floor boards. The smell was rancid. Couldn't use the room and didn't want to ruin my flooring by ripping up the floorboards.Searched high and low for something to not mask the smell but neutralise it.Ordered these and they arrived within 4 days. Done the trick straight away. They do give of a slight order but it's in no way offensive and to be honest anything is better then the smell of a dead animal decomposing below your bedInstructions easy to follow. Lasts up to 6 weeks. Just open and place on ground in area where the smell is stronest. Small white package. About the side of a deck of cardsHopefully I will never have to purchase again but if I did I wouldn't even think twice5 stars all the way x

Poor quality product
This product says DO NOT open the sache as it is a highly fragranced that you should keep away from various things like pets, food, food preparation areas. I opened this product carefully but when pulling it out of the bag the bottom off the sache was open causing the contents to go all over the place.Definitely won't be using one of these again

Works on dead mouse smell.
Had a dead mouse under the boards beneath the water tank in the loft. We had actually used something else which worked really well but the airing cupboard directly beneath still had a horrid smell so bought this as it was cheap and had good reviews. Worked really well. No smell of dead mouse anywhere after that. Easy to use - just take the sachet out of the wrapper and place where you need it. Has a strong but not unpleasant smell - being shut in the airing cupboard meant we couldn't really smell it much at all.

Decent
Bought two of these to cover up the smell of a dead rodent until the house, placed these in the location where the smell was coming into the house (under the kitchen units behind the kickboard) - although it didn't eliminate the smell completely, it has masked it with its own aroma so it does make living in the house now bearable! Recommended.

I would say that it has it's own smell which in small spaces is strong - think very heady air freshener for 1st week - but it's nowhere near as unpleasant as any of those offered up by rodents. For the first couple of days you will get a mixed smell until the rat odour is absorbed. I wouldn't use this in a kids bedroom, I think the smell would be overpowering for them. I bought this as we were desperate, unable to move the source of the smell (eaten itself a run inside walls of listed building) and read lots of reviews - to be honest they were very similar for all the products. I placed it as close to the source as I was able to and I would use it again. The rat smell disappeared completely within about 3 days then we were left with the product's smell - which lasted longer than the 6 weeks and faded gradually throughout that time."}}]}]}
