I ordered a size 5 but a size 4 was dispatched. However I am happy to exchange this for the original size ordered rather than not having them.Just to let you know that I have decided to keep the boots after all. Although these were very nice boots they did not suit me so I returned them and have the post office receipt to prove this. However I have not had the money returned to my account.

Lovely jubbly

I'm 5.5 but got size 5 and plenty of room. been wearing them weeks and still no issues. got to lace them tight to get them feeling snug but they wont rub because the thermal inner is thick and cosy. soles feel quite bendy if not exactly thin, i'm not saying they'd puncture or anything.
