Arnica Gel (250ml)

Easy to apply, no stickiness and very smooth and cooling if kept in fridge. Ingredients seem natural without any nasty chemicals and seems to ease joints. Effective if used at night before bed. A nice gel.

It's probably a personal thing but I have found this helps with my arthritic wrists, a once broken (35 years ago and still painful at times) ankle and a bursar on my other foot. It doesn't cure them nor do I think it's a miracle cure (with only 10% arnica it's not likely to be) but it is soothing and gives off a pleasant, relaxing smell. I've found it 'softens' some of the pain and at night it actually stops my bursar from hurting long enough for me to get to sleep. I will try something containing more arnica next time but for the price this is worth a try if you don't put your expectations too high.

I was recommended this by a professional Badminton player who was suffering from Arthritic Hands and in turn was recommended by his physiotherapist, I use it on my Knees and Feet, for the first 4-5 days I thought I’d wasted my money after that I gradually had less joint pain, it’s lovely and cooling and has a nice smell, it’s non greasy but you must rub it in, great stuff.

On time delivery at decent price...BUT for a product intended for use to alleviate an arthritic problem, it is far from easy to commence use
