Great chair, the only reason for 4 stars is the armrest's are a rough material that irritate your elbows and forearms

This chair arrived really quick to my house. The instruction for the setup of the chair was clear and concise. If you are not using power tools to insert the screws in, you might need 2 people to set it up. But it was easy to set up either way.The comfort of the chair is great for it's price. Very soft cushion for sitting and great lumbar support. Great use around my house.

Everything about the chair, including the delivery, the building and the look was awesome. The only thing I was disappointed in was the comfort level of the seat, of the chair. It is not comfortable at all. I’m going to look at some other chairs and I may very possibly return this.

easy assembly, took me about 20 mins to put things together, only need common tools. The chair goes up and down smoothly, lumbar support can be adjusted vertically up and down, but not horizontally in or out, I’m not asking for too much with the price. Cushion is soft and comfortable, enough sitting space for adult. Good product. Wish it has more color to match with our beige painting. Rollability:Smooth Noise level:low
