A precise and indispensible tool for anyone cutting circles in fabrics or card.The protrusion of the cutting wheel will limit the thickness of the material being cut, but is perfectly adequate for most applications.When cutting thin, flexible fabrics, it is adviseable to stretch and fix the material to the cutting mat to avoid wrinkling.A tip to extend the cutter radius is to totally unscrew the point assembly from the cutter body, reverse it, and then re-attach it. This will give about 15mm more radius.All in all a great tool - should, however, be supplied with a spare cutting wheel.

This is a really useful, slightly fiddly, little gadget for cutting circles in paper, card or fabric. I have used it on felt and it has worked well. Although I have only used it a couple of times so far, I hope to get lots of use from it and would recommend it.

A cutter for making perfect circles, bought to cut out printed clock faces for a charity fund raising enterprise. Actually very good for what was intended, adjustable for different diameter circles and a nice clean cuts. Bought replacement cutter blades also but have not had to replace original as yet even after making about fifty clocks. Started by cutting round with scissors but this makes the job a lot quicker and so much simpler. Highly recommend this item for it's intended use.

I actually bought this to cut circles from felt for a school craft project. 600 circles later, I am happy to report that it does just as it says on the tin! Can cut accurate circles at a variety of sizes. It has been used by a number of different adults, most of which found it easy....the others who didn't could be described as 'creatively challenged'! Works best when used with a decent cutting mat (not included).

The item works well - it is a pity the the minimum diameter that you can cut is not smaller than 4cms - unless I have not worked it out?? Otherwise nicely made - well designed easy to use and practical.

Needing to cut several circles out of 300gsm card for my wedding invitations, I initially tried using a circle cutter I bought from ebay that looked a lot like this product, but turned out to be totally useless.After doing some research, I realised that Olfa are basically the mutts nuts when it comes to circle cutters and bought this bad boy. It works soooo much better that the cheap alternatives. Little details like the locking mechanism and the placement of the turning handle mean the weight is distributed far more evenly while cutting, reducing the number of slips and tears to zero. With this cutter I chewed through 100 wedding invites in around an hour, whereas the cheapo alternative had taken me the same time to do 5, with another 5 ruined.Don't skimp, if you want a quality cutter, this is the one to go for.
