How do I use the clasp?

Hello, Thank you for your message and contacting Swarovski. To release the clasp, you have to pull the little peg which is attached to the pin - you have 2 pegs like this on each side of extender. I hope this helps. Best regards, Swarovski Support

What guarantee has this braclet? Its broken 10 months later.

I THINK THERE IS A 12 MONTH GUARANTEE I SUGGEST YOU CONTACT SWAROVSKI DIRECT? THATS THE ONLY ADVICE I CAN GIVE.

This is 17.5 which is too big for my wrist. Can it be adjusted to make it slightly smaller?

Broken chain

Chain broke after a couple of wears. Snapped and is now unable to be worn again. Disappointed with the product quality and when I took it in to a Swarovski store they said it was nothing to do with them. I am looking for a full refund or a new product to be sent out.
