This kinesiology tape has exceeded my expectations. I’ve used branded versions in physical therapy, and this one is just as supportive. The uncut design is convenient because I can trim the tape to exactly the size and shape I need for shoulders, knees, or ankles.It sticks well through workouts, sweat, and even showers without peeling off too quickly. The material is breathable, so it doesn’t cause irritation even after hours of wear. This product is very high quality. It sticks well and stays in place. It is very durable, and isn’t affected by moisture. It dries quickly, if it does get wet. I use it for my knees, to help keep my knee stable. It works great. Carefully apply it, and don’t overstretch the tape , is my best advice for using this strong product. It can be difficult to remove. Best practice is to use, just what you need.

The material this tape is made of is a bit lighter than the previous brands I've used, which made it easier to wrinkle as I applied it. It worked as designed but the support didn't feel quite as strong and it didn't stay on as long. But at such a reasonable price point I can't complain too much. Still, I think 4 stars is about as high as I can rate this tape.

Works great, stays stuck very well and for days. I use on knees, neck & shoulders, helps with support & helps relieve painful areas while doing sports and healing old injuries.

It comes with a lot of tape, however, I wish the portions were pre-cut. I try to cut them into pieces myself, but it always sticks on the scissors or doesn’t even cut at all. It’s very frustrating to use. Even with a very sharp knife! Get some pre-cut pieces instead. Also, sometimes the tape comes off your skin too.Edit: the seller is professional and kind, they resolved my issue. I’m sure the product is worth it, I must’ve gotten a defective batch or I made errors.

This isn’t a terrible product but it had a few key things that I personally did not like. You have to cut it yourself, which can be nice but can also be a pain when you don’t have something handy to cut it and you have to stop and go hunt down scissors. The tape has great glue!! With this being said, it was so good that it stayed on for almost a week and I finally went to rip it off and ended up bruising the inside of my legs when I did. My groin was already sore and this did make the pain worse and not better. I would not suggest taking it off wet; I thought this might help with loosening the tape but it made it worse in taking it off. I like that it was cheaper but you do get what you pay for sometimes. I like the convenience of KT tape brand with precut pieces, just wish the glue on that tape was a little stronger. I’ll keep looking for another option though.

This tape worked great for any pain I had. I mainly used it while pregnant and it was great! Stretchy and sticky like you need it to be. Much cheaper than the name brand which I also love. I could usually wear it for about 3 days, maybe longer if I wanted to but I didn’t want it on longer than that.
