How do I stop the : from flashing on the time?

The reason Nicole and flashes is because there is nothing turned on like the radio or the CD this is a normal function if you turn the radio on or the CD player on the colon will stop flashing

This unit can work on 220 volts, use the AC adapter included in the package.

I need to be able to set the alarm to cd and have it replay the cd all day until i turn it off. Will it do this?

If you set an alarm to play a CD, it will play for 1 hour before it automatically shuts off. If you hit the snooze button while the CD is playing, it will pause for 9 minutes before it plays again. The CD will start with track 1 again. You can hit snooze multiple times within 1 hour. After 1 hour from the set alarm time, the alarm completely shuts off.

if you wake to CD, can you set the volume of the CD player?

If wake up to CD, it can't set the volume of the player. When alarm activate, the alarm sound will gradually increase from low level to high level.
