Q: Which Scotch Brite pad does this match up to?

This is not made by Scotch Brite ... so I don't know what/if it would match up to Scotch Brite.

Q: Can this work on a Tag Heuer metal clasp?

If it is made of Titanium and has a brushed finish, then this will work. Does not matter who the manufacturer is. Only for light scratches, anything that can be felt by running your fingernail across it would have to be addressed with different methods.

Q: Has anyone used this product to refinish a watch bracelet from polished to brushed?

I use mine to take the scratches out of my titanium Tudor bracelet.

Q: can i use this on my citizens titanium watch

If model is BLACK...do not use. If normal solid Titanium( some are black - on those DO NOT USE), this can be used on the Brushed Titanium areas ONLY. Using this on High Polish Titanium will turn it brushed. Avoid the bezel if it is Not Titanium. I am seeing a bezel that is black... always avoid any area that is black
