They should have access to high quality dry insect food such as Pro Rep Bug Grub, and a small amount of greens each day such as spring greens or kale. The first time the product was marked as delivered it unfortunately wasn’t anywhere to be seen, however the seller was okay with sending out a sending a second batch out which luckily did arrive and was perfect, all bugs were healthy and good to feed to my reptile :)

Been buying from this company for a while now delivery is very quick well packaged and healthy bugs every time in the last 9 months I think I have only had a few dead bugs and I buy them every 3 weeks well worth the money

My live food for my pet didnt arrived on Monday the 7th scheduled and arrived on the 10th and almost of the live food was dead and spending almost £30 on live food had to be thrown in the bin , i would appreciate a refund

Fast delivery and great condition!
I am a first time buyer of live food online, and was a little hesitant at first but I desperately needed locusts for my lizard as all local pet stores were out of stock. I didn’t expect the parcel to be delivered so quickly; with lively hoppers, too!Although these ones are a little smaller than I expected, so I’m going to have to feed my lizard a couple more. I’ll just need to remember to size up next time. Would definitely recommend.
