If you buy this AC then it is a waste of your money
This AC is the worst AC. If you buy it then your money will be wasted. Because I bought it and have complained 3 times in 2 years, it is a complete waste of money

Product quality is unmatched.
I have been using the product for around 4 months, so I have a big hall + kitchen around 240Sqft. This ac is not recommend for that big hall, but to my surprise this ac does the work for even big hall. So really recommend the product. You can buy the product and rest assured. This is also energy efficient so does save on the electricity. Installation is done by company that cost a little extra for the brackets but seems fine.

Good Product, But Installation service is pathetic
The product is good but hitachi should improve their service department. The guy who came to install the AC didn’t had the sufficient knowledge later after 2 days there was water leakage due to incorrect installation and the guy came again after following up with him several times.
