GREAT PRODUCT. WORKS WELL. APP IS GREAT. BATTERY LIFE IS EXCELLENT. WISH IT WAS A WEE BIT SMALLER. IT'S FINE ON MY GREYHOUND, BUT I GUESS THE GREAT BATTERY LIFE IS THE REASON FOR THE SIZE. LIKE A TRAVEL BAR OF SOAP. ALL IN ALL, VERY HAPPY. WORKS AS ADVERTISED. LOVE THE MILEAGE MY DOG DOES ON THE RAIL TRAIL WALKS OR THE DOG PARK. VERY ACCURATE. WORTH THE PRICE. WORTH GETTING THE LONGER PLAN FOR GPS SERVICE TO SAVE A LITTLE MONEY.

We absolutely love tractive. It's a must have along with a chip and tags. A chip is good however if you'reDog or cat decides to wander off and somebody decides to take your furry friend in then you're at the mercy of somebody doing their due diligence but with tractive you can chase them down right away and get them as soon as possible and keep them away from danger!!! There are other benefits to having it as well such as the health portion and the activity monitoring. The price is really inexpensive compared to the peace of mind you get! My wife would be devastated if something would ever happene to Buddy if he got away and he does like to take off. (He's just a puppy).. I also have it set up so other family members can also monitor his whereabouts if needed. The dog XL unit battery is really good as long as you have it connected to Wi-Fi in the safe Zone the battery lasts over a month however.. If it's not connected to Wi-Fi the battery will last maybe 2 weeks so keep that in mind but charging is straightforward pretty quick. The use of this app is also straightforward and continues to get better, it's pretty accurate on GPS however...If you wanted to track the unit within a safe Zone while its connected to Wi-Fi you are out of luck. If the Wi-Fi is on you would have to shut the Wi-Fi off to get the device to come online. I ran into an issue where buddy slipped out of his collar and his tractive was somewhere in the yard but not outside the "safe zone" I was able to successfully locate it using the Bluetooth range "radar" function however I couldn't connect to it until I was close enough so I had to walk around aimlessly in the yard until I finally connected it once I connected it it was really easy to find. In this case I didn't need to turn my Wi-Fi off but if I was having more issues that would have been my next stepDo keep in mind once you're furry friend leaves the safe Zone it takes about a minute or so for the notification to pop up in the tracker to be online. I don't see that is an issue although it makes sense the tracker has to wake up out of power saving mode and then connect to a cellular network and GPS satellites, it's a process that has never failed us! These are one of those things that you will regret one day if you don't get it. It's essential!!!

Was skeptical at first but glad to make the purchase. We have two dogs who love to escape, and they are quick once they are out. We were on the search for a tracker that wasn't crazy expensive but also accurate. These are super easy to use. Charge quickly. They hold their charge well as long as you are in the "home zone" that is connected to Wi-Fi. Even in a zone that is not connected to Wi-Fi, they still last a decent amount of time. The tracking is pretty accurate and updates quickly. They aren't too heavy on our dogs collars and they aren't bulky either. The app is easy to navigate as well. The subscription for the app is inexpensive as well.

Absolutely wonderful. I live in a rural area and my 2 Siberian Husky's have run off looking for new excitement. These trackers have saved their lives. 4 stars for the rubber attachment for their collars. The rubber disintegrates quickly. I have found that thin strips of duct tape keeps the trackers attached to their collars.

I have had the Tractive for my 6-year-old Dogo Argentino for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with it. I have the XL size and it fits my dog's large collar perfectly. The unit reassures me when I'm not home that my dog is still safe and sound. The tracking is very precise, and I have confidence that if my dog ever were to wander off, I could easily find him. The battery stays charged for several weeks if it's in Wi-Fi range of your home system. My dog is chipped and has a tag with my name, address, and phone number, but this unit gives me that extra peace of mind that my dog is safe and where he is supposed to be at all times. Worth every penny.

Works great! I love that when using live tracking, it points me in the direction of my dog. Battery life is great; I usually have to charge it bi-weekly. Lastly, I love that it's waterproof! Overall, great product. I will mention that you need to have "good enough" cell service for the app to connect to the tracker. However, don't let that scare you. If you can make a phone call, you can use the app.

Helpful accessory for our dog! Our Brittany loves to run and with the “beeper/vibrate/shock collar” we had no way of knowing where she was located. We have attached this Tractive unit to her collar and can check the app on our phones to find her location if she ever gets out of site now. Priceless! An excellent tool and great value!
