Whatever happened to size 4s? Seems several brands have dropped this and now my 46 year old self has to shop in the kids aisle....

I would describe them as a "moderate cut". They follow the line of the pelvic bone, hitting just above the hip/leg joint. I describe it this way because I was alive in the 80's when "high cut" was too the natural waist.
