Best Vitamin B12 supplement ever
I just loved this as it is very easy to consume. Just chewing a tablet in a day can cover up daily need of vitamin b12 , b6 and folate. Taste is awesome. I can feel the energy after taking it few days. Now I am more energetic, I get better sleep , stress free and feel fresh whole day . Also it helps me in better muscle recovery. Overall I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

too much of sugar (dextrose) and flavor - like a kids medicine.also too big a bottle used for 60 tablets - adding to plastic pollution

On website it says each tablet has 2.3 ng. On the packgage it says 1500 mcgNot sure which is right

Vitamin B12 chewable tablets specially for people like me
Well the best of this supplement is that it’s chewable as other vitamin b12 supplement in capsule form is too heavy for me to digest and the taste is also sweet so I would say guys what’s better than that when you get to have chewable vitamin b12 tablets. 👍
