Good quality
Wow I'm really impressed with this paste. Was looking at videos to make myself but Nori I thought was a cheaper alternative, lasts up to a week in the fridge. Well, I've heavily used it to restore two old books with mulberry paper and there's still plenty left in the pot. It's also been in the fridge for many more weeks and still as good as new. It is easy to work with, very forgiving and sticks anything. When it dries you can't tell the difference. If you are doing crafts and bookbinding then you do not need anything else.

Excellent wheat starch paste
I used this to paste endpapers on a repair. Very easy to apply and dried wrinkle and bubble free. It is not cheap but is worthwhile if you haven't got time to cook wheat starch yourself.

love the smell
*it has a great flowery smell*used for bookbinding projects - for attaching covers to text blocks*hold two glued surface very well*can dry a little quickly if temperature is higher*you can make your own stamps/stickers just apply a thin layer of glue on paper and let it dry, when time comes to use it damp the glue side a little*good for collages*does not buckle the paper much*bought few times already*highly recommend

Lovely strong glue
This glue looks like it has a lot of liquid in it but spreads very thin and the glued paper does not feel wet at all, I have used it for chine colle which is putting a very thin layer of glue on very thin paper, and gluing this to slightly damp paper , it sticks beautifully, also applied very thin it sticks paper to paper without lumps or bumps or wet patches. It's great stuff !

Absolutely the best glue for collage
This is WONDERFUL stuff as it leaves no residue on my paintings/collages. I have also used it as a medium to print papers mixed with gouache. Normally, I used matte medium, but it still left shiny areas that I could no paint over. That is one of my collages above. I really rate Japanese products in general, and although this is expensive I will continue to buy it.

Not good for collage
It’s got to be kept in the fridge or it goes off, it was watery and made my paper wrinkled. Not archival so no use for what I bought it for. Good craft glue for kids maybe? I couldn’t find YES paste in uk and this was recommended as good alternative .
