To be honest, I bought this steam seat with the mentality of giving it a try. I have never dared to try. But now I regret hesitating for so long before buying it. So wonderful! I feel like I have unprecedented relaxation. This makes me feel very comfortable. Firstly, the seat cushion is my favorite black color, and it is indeed as soft as it is written. Can be disassembled for cleaning. Secondly, the steam seat is also easy to use, and the remote is also very effective. It can be adjusted to the temperature I like. Overall, it is very worthwhile. I think I will purchase it again.

I ordered this product twice. Once I paid and once as a exchange because the first one I ordered Didn’t. The control panels or remote were not responding to any touch..ironically when I got the replacement I had the same issue. Now I have two big boxes to bring to UPS..smh, I just asked for my money back the 2nd time. I’ll Go find a different seat

I got this for my beauty routine, and I’m very glad I did. It works extremely well, and it makes me feel way healthier. It’s very easy to operate, with a very user friendly interface. The steam is very comfortable, and not too hot. I highly recommend getting this, especially for such a great price.

Have used it a few times now and it really works great. A 3-4 setting is more than enough for me and I love the time setting aspect.My period was so much better after using it. Highly recommend!
