This supplement has everything needed for good disc health. There are some ingredients not commonly found in mainstream brands (e.g NAC and SAMe) which make this a powerful supplement. It’s too early to say if it will benefit my back but there is no supplement like this on the market.

Spine Advance give us a significantly lower dose of Glucosamine (100mg) and Chondroitin (100mg) than usual, but claim to make up for this with other supposedly beneficial supplements.Over the first four days with these Spine Advance capsules I found my back pain slowly returning. When I upped the Glucosamine dose to 200mg with two capsules for three days it didn’t worsen further, but still niggled. Three capsules finally made it better. And today they ran out.This experience makes me believe the added extras gave me no benefit, and it was only the Glucosamine.My sample lacked both Use-by and Manufacturing Dates. How old was it?The ingredients legend on the label was so faint I needed a strong light and magnifier to read the miserly quantities.I won’t be trying these again.I usually take a nominal 300-500mg of Glucosamine alongside 300-500mg Omega3 each day. Regardless of the supplier, if I run out of either of these supplements the osteo-arthritis pains in back, knees and ankles return in a couple of days; but after resuming the missing dose, they soon go away again.Other people will probably be different, and it is useful to find one’s own minimum effective dose of either supplement to prevent building up a tolerance, and of course for best economy. I always shop around for best value and do this test with every new brand I try, as there is no point in overdosing when I can find the minimum that is effective.Some people might find the extra supplements useful, but they made no difference to me, I assume this is because I have a normal healthy diet and take sufficient regular exercise.

These match up well to a back issue I have so purchasing with the list of supplements was a no brainier. Unfortunately they smell and taste absolutely vile, it’s a fish smell. Very difficult to take due to the stench and size of the capsules.
