Really helps with forgetfulness.

This supplement really helps me to not get as distracted at work and facilitates higher level thinking like problem solving during stressful situations. I typically cannot tolerate the full recommended dose, however, and dump out 1/3 to 1/2 of the pill for the optimal dose for me. I take it in the afternoon to avoid the "slump".The only downfall is it absolutely wrecks my stomach, so if you have a sensitive digestive system, beware.

This is very good stuff, and just what I needed instead of other extremely overpriced proprietary blends. However, I'd like to make it clear to readers of this review that it is Alpha GPC 50%, which means the 600mg you get in two pills is actually 300mg of Alpha GPC and 50% filler. Still no problem because you get plenty for the price.
