How much should I be feeding guppies and tetras?

It depends how many fish you have, start with a small amount a few times a day. Only give as much as they can eat in a few minutes or your tank will get polluted with uneaten food. Hope this helps

1.5kg is a big tub,but works out so much cheaper,but.....any idea what (if any) the sell by date would be?

I bought the 120g tub and I have 2 tanks a 1000litre and a 57 litre, I feed once a day, this lasted me at 5 months granted it was mixed with other foods as I have an assortment of fish. I would say unless you have a lot of tanks 1.5kg tub will probably go off by the time you get to the end of it. There is a best before date on the tub on mine it was just over 2 years from date of purchase

Can I feed my goldfish this too as I have some temperate fish in with them in another tank?

I have no idea but it does say for tropical fish. Fish eat pretty much anything so they'll most likely gobble it up still!!
