Where can I get replacement parts. Need hinge
I ordered two different seats and was going to see which I liked best or if either one would work. The answered questions really worried me that this one would not fit my Kohler All in one toilet. I could not believe how easy it was to put on. Took a total of 5 minutes to get totally in place and ready to use. I didn't have to remove the existing seat or lid. I can take this one off if I didn't want to use it myself or if guest were a little wary of using it. It is perfect for my husband that has Parkinson's Disease. I like this one so well, I just ordered another one for the other bathroom.Suggestion to anyone who is having problem with this riser slipping off commode. Sometimes the simplest solution is the best. Mine was slipping off then I changed how tight I had the bolts. If they are cinched in too tight they will slip off. I noticed that the riser was actually slipped upward off the stool. So I loosed the bolts a bit and now it works great. Too much is not necessarily the best option. When you first put on your riser, you can tighten it in where you think it will hold it good, then look at it a couple of hours later, and if it is slipping upwards off the stool, it means it is tightened too much. Just back off and check again later. If still slipping off upwards it is still too tight. Just adjust slightly each time you do. Now if it is just falling off the stool, it needs to be tighter. I have had mine on now for a couple of weeks and it has stayed in place great. Now another thing, if you need to remove the riser to allow the fellows to stand and use the toilet, just lift the riser off, without adjusting the bolts, and when they are through doing their thing, just press the riser back into place. You probably won't need any adjusting and if you do, just adjust very slightly and then check later. I love this riser. It solves my problems with my husband who has Parkinson's and can't lift himself up off a regular stool. My toilet is the Kohler All-In-One toilet. This is the only one that I have found that meets all my needs. The opening is also great. Thank you Homecraft!

Complete and dangerous failure
This product was for my 85 year old mother. She used it less than a month and the two tightening screws failed completely while she was on it, even though I was regularly checking it to see if it was working loose. The seat came loose completely and dumped her in the floor, resulting in an emergency room visit and a short hospital stay. I very, very strongly recommend that you stay away from this raised toilet seat!!!

The good, the bad and the pits.
I am increasing this seat from 3 to 4 stars..... They keep the urine in the bowl instead of under the seat. It's not a hundred percent of the time but it is better.... The pitting seems to have stopped. That could be because we changed what we use to clean it. So if you're looking for a good raised toilet seat I would suggest this one..... This was the first review I wrote. Now that I have had the seat for a while I changed my review to what is above. Good luck.... I can't decide a 2 or 3 star. The seat is comfortable. It isn't the easiest to clean when you have men using it. The thing that I really don't like is that the plastic seat is pitting. I don't know why. I am going to give it to the end of the week to see if it continues to do so and then I am going to see if I can exchange it for the one I had before this one.

All that I hoped it would be
This riser is great. It fits my oblong commode nicely. The angle on the front is great for us guys and the tapered seat is actually comfortable. My wife is very short and this riser is super easy to put on and take off. Our regular seat has a built in child seat for my grand children so it is nice that the regular seat just stays in place.I snugged the side clamps on the riser just a little and it is easy to slide off and back on to the toilet without loosening. After a week of use I am very satisfied.

Very well made, quickly delivered
Product is very well made, great to find one that is only 2 inches high. I love that is has the front piece that hangs down so no urine would come out between the seat and the toilet when used.

Safe, secure, and comfortable.
I read through the product descriptions and customer reviews of tens of alternative for toilet seat risers. I wanted to get one to help me get onto the toilet after my total knee replacement. I needed one that didn't require removing our lid. It had to be comfortable for my large bottom, and stable to hold my 180lbs. It also needed to accommodate my short stature (5'0") so as not to cut off circulation at my hamstrings. This product was everything I needed. But I was still skeptical. I ordered it and received it quickly. Installation was super easy. The gentle slope of the seat surface is an EXCELLENT idea! It made getting up easy. The two screw-tight clamps seem to work fine for me, despite my post-operative weakness and instability. Make sure you measure the inside of the rim of your bowl to make sure the seat fits in the hole! Mine fit perfectly. Cleaning was easy, but it is plastic, so don't use overly harsh chemicals so as not to pit the surface. I paired this seat with the "RMS Toilet Safety Frame & Rail - Folding & Portable Bathroom Toilet Safety Rails." This has been a marriage made in heaven! I feel safe, secure, and comfortable!

Would not clamp tight enough to the round toilet bowl
I bought this for my mother-in-law, but it certainly did not work as expected and I will be sending it back. She has what appears to be a fairly standard sized round toilet bowl. This unit replaces the original seat, but instead of being fastened to the bowl with bolts like a regular toilet seat, this just sits on top of the bowl and two plastic screw clamps are supposed to keep the seat from moving. With the clamps at their tightest setting, the seat started moving while she was using it for the first time. She yelled for help, because the seat was “falling off”. It never actually fell off the bowl, but there was no way to make it tight enough to prevent it from happening again. Plus after her first experiences, there was no way she would ever try the seat again. Perhaps it would have been fine on a bowl that was shaped or sized slightly differently, but this definitely did not work for us.

This review is of no interest.....
Unless you need a raised toilet seat. Not all raised toilet seats are created equal, I have owned at least 5,this is by far the best. The design must be by a disabled person because it is faultless, the shape, structure, ease of fitting & quality are a delight.Let me help you - if you need a raised toilet seat buy this one;I did and have NO connection with the supplier.

Please be seated.......
A five star rating which means 'I Love it' - As much as one can 'love' a toilet seat. It certainly does the job, fits well and is a good design. Seems a better design than the first seat that we bought some months ago, which is currently residing in a different loo. Although it arrived on the last day of the estimated delivery time I still recommend this as a good buy.

Effective
Bought for an elderly relative who was beginning to have difficulties getting up from the toilet.Very basic packaging and instructions.Easy to attach to the existing toilet. Can be fitted with the pre-existing seat left in the up position.Very effective in use.Only plastic construction so a bit lightweight but it does the job and is quite good value.

Great aid to make life easier
This is a great product brought for mother who's main toilet was quite low compared to an average height so getting on/off the toilet was a problem. So with this in mind I orginally brought the 4in seat but this was way to high and her feet did not sit flat on floor. So I exchanged for this 2in seat which was perfect really does support and make life little more simply day to day.I have attached raised toilet seat on and lifting original seat up but the lid that comes with raised seat didn't raise properly so have left lid off. In time will remove orginal toilet seat so the Savannah lid can go on and then looks nice in bathroom. It is sturdy and fits easy and well no moving but I do help out and give it a good clean once a week by lift it off. It is plastic and bulky looking but the benefits of having this in place far out the cons.Good price and mother happy with this support aid. Mothers height is 5ft.3 but 2in seat was perfect for her.

Savanah Raised Toilet Seat with Lid 5 cm/2 Inches
It really DOES fit and stays put! At least on a Twyford toilet. It looks good as well since it has a lid. The lid could be a bit sturdier though, so you could sit on it without being afraid to crack it.
