Sleep Improving and Taste Great
Gummies taste lovely. Sleeping better. Only been using a couple of weeks so far and just noticing sleep improving. No side effects,3-:5 to use and starting to feel effective. Can’t wait to keep going to see my energy levels and focus go up. They taste so good other members of the house hold are trying them so I’ll have to grab a couple more bottles!

These you can easily take in the morning, I take them after I’ve had my lemon cleanse, so it’s the first solid think I eat and the taste of them is quite sweet and fruity. Throughout the day I feel a slow release of energy at times I find if hard to sleep if I’ve had them to late in the day overall they are very value for money and the quality is way above other hummus shop bought whine and those types.

Don’t work
Myself and my husband have taken these gummies religiously for a month and had absolutely no change. I am in menopause and not one of my symptoms has improved infact Iv been worse, so they definitely don’t do anything, I may as well had two jellies per day. Don’t waste your money
