I have MCAS and get a horrible allergic reaction when I’m in the sun or heat for too long— I just used my umbrella and this thing is amazing. The sun was completely blocked out, and it felt 10-15° cooler under the umbrella. My son picked out the lilac color for me and it’s as pretty as it resistant to the wind. I was able to enjoy the breeze without having my protection whisked away, which was really nice. It’s a little hard to wrap back up because it’s quite thick and the strap could be longer, but for how good of a job it does, that doesn’t bother me at all. I want three more.

This umbrella is legit!Works so well as far as keeping me away from the heat. Sun damage wise I would still recommend using sunscreen or a protective layer but overall really really cool and useful. I have used this on bright and hot days and this umbrella is a game changer. Opening and closing mechanism feels very sturdy and does not look like it'll break soon in my opinion. Folds up nicely with a press of a button and the the cap of the umbrella is flat making it easy to close. Very very portable as this has a case and a wrist strap. I would take this wherever I go out during the day.

When I initially received it, it felt like a sturdy and well-built umbrella.I use it about 10 minutes a day about four times a week when I go walking. Maybe used it once or twice for rain.After about six months, the frame showed rust at the joints. I barely used it for rain and made sure to dry it afterward. Also, tiny holes started appearing in the umbrella part. It still functioned great for blocking the sun.After about nine months, the top of the umbrella no longer opens. It is useless now.For a $25 umbrella, I expected it to last longer. It was good while it lasted, especially as a compact sun umbrella.Edit: update from 2 stars to 4 stars. Fixed the issue with it not opening up, by closing it all the way first until I heard a click, and then opening it again.

I bought this to be able to go to baseball games for college baseball teams. Works perfectly compact light and just the right size.

First off, I just opened this umbrella and found multiple dirty spots. I found grease stains all around the handle and dirt spots around the inside and outside of the umbrella. The review would have been almost 3 stars if it wasn’t dirty.Secondly, I had higher expectations. I’m buying a UV umbrella for my 16 year old little sister who just got diagnosed with lupus. I really wanted this umbrella to be great, but it is god awful to close and wrap up. It’s a hassle and I felt like I was fighting with it. It definitely took longer than it should to wrap it up.The material is also not what I expected it to be. I’m not sure what I was hoping for, but that was not it. It feels like the cheap knock off of fake leather that Chinese boutique stores try to sell.Granted, this is my first UV umbrella I have ever bought, so I’m not sure if that’s how all of them are- I just had higher expectations.I have not tried to use the umbrella yet. I literally just opened it- so maybe the functionality of it is fine, but I would not want to carry this around knowing the hassle of closing and wrapping it up is like.

Love this umbrella, I use it when I’m outdoors , it even stands up to the New Mexico Hurricane force winds. Love the sun protection best.Who wants wrinkles?

Me encanta! elegí uno con estampado de cielo nuboso. Me gusta el material, algo grande y robusto pero cabe en la parte lateral de mi mochila. Vivo en la península de Yucatán, el clima es caluroso.Lo que he notado al usar éste producto durante 20 días:- Ya no siento que se caliente mi cabeza jajaja- Provee buena sombra por lo que ya no me arde la piel por la exposición solar.- Cortaviento? Bastante bien, basta con ponerlo contra viento y regresa a la normalidad.- En lluvia, no decepciona, aunque ya tiene una machita de óxido, quizá no lo sequé bien antes de guardarlo, es mínima y no afecta a su calidad.Chao!

Server it’s purpose well. Light weight but strong enough to withstand moderate wind.

This parasol/umbrella is my essential travel companion as I go about my life in Spain. I have Cutaneous Lupus which means I have photosensitivity and I can now shade my head, face and neck safely (aswell as wearing sunblock) without having to wear hats which make my head too hot! The reflective outer prevents the sun's rays from coming through which gives me more confidence to go out and about. Really pleased with this purchase!

Erfüllt seinen Zweck voll und ganz. Das automatische Auf- und Zuklappen funktioniert bis jetzt prima. Leider ist er doch schwerer und zusammengeklappt größer als gedacht. Ich wollte ihn ständig in der Handtasche mitführen, so dass ich ihn bei Bedarf (Sonne und kein Schatten in Sicht) benutzen kann. Das wird schwierig bzw. unbequem. Ist wahrscheinlich auch schwierig dies zu realisieren und gleichzeitig die Qualität zu gewährleisten.
