Does its job well
I've brewed no less than 8 batches of wine using this to sanitize my fermenters and bottles. So far I've had no wine go sour on me, and no signs of mold or other bacteria.

Works Great!
This stuff works great! We use it to clean plastic bicycle bottles after they held a sports drink. I recently used it to clean a metal coffee pot (for an industrial style coffee maker) from work that is used daily and just rinsed after each use. A little of 1 Step and really hot water dissolved cooked-on coffee off in less than one minute. My only irritation is with whatever process the package goes through. Amazon's supplier (or Amazon?) applied a bar code sticker across the instructions! There is room on the front of the package and the back is completely blank. [I've also read this complaint related to another product, the bar code sticker covered up a QR code needed to activate that product.]

My goto, over StarSan
The first rule of OneStep, always let it evaporate. It is not a dunk and go product like StarSan. OneStep releases a high level of oxygen as it evaporates. So much oxygen that it kills the microbes that try to infect and ruin your ferments and foods. If you can not wait for it to evaporate, I have always followed the 10 minute rule. i have not had an infection spoil any canned or bottled goods yet. This seems to be the perfect size for the monthly fermenter to have OneStep sitting around, while not having a bulk amount for too long and the OneStep loses it’s potency. Monthly I usually rotate in a new batch of fermenting vegetables and possibly a wine here and there. One Tablespoon to a Gallon of Water to make the cleaner. I am able to to clean all my items for the current fermenting run. OneStep easily dissolves with a good stir or shake (if your gallon container has a lid). It will take a couple minutes then be completely dissolved. It is so easy to use, if you have water and OneStep you can sanitize. This size package seems to be a great value with the number of Tablespoons I can get from the Jar.

Arrived in a container
I am so glad that the package is different, the first one i purchased was in a resalable bag but this one came in a plastic container and is much easier to access the product. It sanitizes great and i like that its a no rinse option.

My go to
I'm a big fan of this cleaner when homebrewing. Definitely use hot/warm water to help it dissolve easier, but it does the job

Good, reliable cleaner
I use this for all of my wine cleansing needs. No issues as of yet. Does say it's rinse free, but I rinse anyway. I will continue using it. Only thing: it doesn't tell you how long to soak/use the cleaner for in/on surfaces. I just make a educated guess.

Super effective, use for your dreaded dishes.
I actually got this because someone recommended it for cleaning a home fermentation kit I got at the same time.I went to make some tea this morning and figured I should wash out the tea maker. It's an automatic tea pot with a descending basket so it has elements that are hard to clean and make it a pain to do. I figured I might as well try this stuff to clean it instead. I put it with hot water and swished it all around, then turned the tea maker on (this heats it and submerges the basket so I was using it to boil the components and clean it basically). It came out cleaner than I'd ever gotten it before, even with a good deal of scrubbing! That tint on the metal in places was finally gone (I had given up hope and was bummed it would never look as good again until this discovery) and I was incredibly impressed. I wish I had a before picture to offer but I didn't have the foresight, nor did I know how well it would work!! I have included the after picture though. It looks like new after years and years of use so yes, I definitely recommend whatever this magic is!! I'll likely buy a bigger size next time to save money since I expect to use this quite a bit.
