I had a problem with charging and I connected with customer and agent helped me clean pins in device via video call. Device is good enough maybe the charging pin is a small design issue but customer agent saved the day. Atleast customer service is good in this product.

I like this Head Scalp Massager – it’s relaxing and works well. One useful feature is the detachable bristles, which makes it easy to clean. However, I lost one of the bristles because it wasn’t fixed tightly enough. I would suggest that the detachable parts should be more secure so they don’t fall off or get lost easily
