Being a woman that’s menopausal I recommended these by my hair dresser to help with hair loss & nail growth. I think it will take a months months to get in my system. But these taste nice & you just take 2 a day.

These taste like sweeties, similar to wine gums, but I haven’t noticed any difference to my hair or skin yet. Maybe you need to take them for many months before they are effective.
