I would like to update my review.The Customer service of RORTY send me a new one and this one didn’t have same battery problem like that one I had with.More than that, I am very impressed with the customer service of RORRY. They sincerely care about their customers and Felt like they’re trying to do their best for the customer satisfaction.Now , I am very satisfied with the new one they resented to me and I also satisfied with customer service so I changed my reviews to five stars.FYI: I definitely suggest to use the original charge from box to charge, Because it needs to be over 9v to charge. So you won’t have any problem.The 1st review-The concept was great. However, for some reason, it didn't charge one night even it was on the base, back up battery doesn't charge well and slow to charge. I took this with me on travel, it was useless. I saw negative review but I took a chance to see other good reviews. But now I understood those people who left negative reviews. It charges AirPods and Apple Watch well, though. However, the most importantly, I bought this device for extra battery for travel and did't charge my phone well and kept stopping saying " it postponed charging because the phone's temperature is too hight or something. Meaning this mobile battery heated up my phone. So I ended up giving low evaluation for this device.

I purchased this item about 10 months ago and used it daily. It quickly became my favorite charger and I referred it to so many people. I love being able to use it as a charging station and then take the battery pack with me as needed. I would often use it from nightstand to my work to continue charging my phone throughout the day with the portable charger. I love that it has a kickstand as well as the built in watch charger to the portable charger. The versatility really can’t be beat which is why I tell everyone about it!A few days ago I noticed that the portable charger was no longer holding a charge but the charging station worked just fine so I continued to use it. That was, until the other day when the internal batteries expanded, cracking the housing. I immediately reached out to the seller and advised of the issue and they promptly sent a replacement which arrived within 2 days!Extremely satisfied with the product AND the customer service. I understand that not every product is perfect and I appreciate when a seller is willing to stand behind their product! I will continue to use this charger and this brand and in fact have 2 other types of portable chargers from the same manufacturer that I will continue to use as well!

Everyone should have one of these. I can’t say enough about how useful the detachable piece is when I’ve forgotten to charge my watch. As a travel charger, I take the whole thing with me so I can charge my phone, watch, and AirPods from ONE hotel socket - great when I have to share a room with other people and sockets are limited. The power button on the detachable charger is a little tricky - PRESS TWICE to turn it on.

It's a little hard to figure out what rating to give this because it does what it should, but it's performance is inconsistent. I have to say though, I did really enjoy it for the purpose I had, which was traveling on trains and planes through Europe where you never knew if you'd have an outlet to use.The watch charges slowly compared to using the charger that comes with it out of the box, but when you're charging overnight, or if you have a long train ride, it's not a huge deal. Plus you can always plug your out of the box cord into the USB-C Port on it, which was consistently the fastest mode of charging on it.The Magsafe Wireless Charger for the phone was similarly slower than other that I've used, but again, when on a long train ride, you just slap it on, and use the stand to watch movies, and it works fine. My issue I need to test a little more on is that the two times I had the charger plugged into the wall overnight, I'd wake up to my watch being fully charged, the portable charger itself being fully charged, but my phone would be around 70%. I'm not sure why it charges to 100% when not plugged in, but doesn't when it is plugged in.If you need to charge up quicker, you have to use the USB-C Port on the bottom. It's still slower than the wall outlet, but definitely faster than the wireless charging, and gets you enough charge pretty quickly to last your phone a while.It will also randomly get really really hot to where you feel you have to disconnect everything. I'd say most of the time, this does not happen and it's fine, but at least 2 times, I had to let it cool off before using again.Overall, I like it, but it's not going to blow you away.

The first one I received, the base didn’t work so I requested a replacement and that second one only worked for 5 days. I should have kept the box to be able to return this one as well.

Update: the company reached out and replaced the product and the new one works well! Great customer service.Love this set up however when you remove the portable charger it doesn’t turn on:( also the watch charger doesn’t always work. Disappointed because love the design

Updated review:This device worked inconsistently and sometimes it didn’t work at all. Now, I don’t even try to use it.This device will charge 3 devices simultaneously very quickly. I packed this charger on my trip last week and I loved leaving behind 3 old charger cords.It’s wonderful to have an option to charge my Apple Watch and phone on the go with this charger.
