So, I could not wait to write a review about this product! I don’t usually write reviews, and no one has ever paid me to write a review. But I’m commenting on this brand of Magnesium supplements because they were effective after the very first day of use!I have a terrible time sleeping well, and my legs cramp something terrible! AND, my hands have been tingling and feeling numb nearly every morning for some unknown reason.I received the magnesium supplements lightning fast just yesterday. I took two, as recommended in the bottle, at about 6:00 p.m. last night. By 8:00 p.m. I could not keep my eyes open! So I literally got in the bed. Went to sleep immediately! I did NOT wake up when my husband came to bed like I usually do because he makes so much noise. I did wake up at 3:10 a.m. to use the restroom. But I went right back to sleep, which I don’t usually do, because once I wake up I can never go back to sleep. But I did! Woke up again at 8:00 this morning, and now I am writing this review!I am a real skeptic about this kind of thing because I hate when I buy and try things and they don’t do what the claim in the reviews and whatnot.I still had the tingling and numbness, though. I’m hoping to see improvement in those areas over time. I’ll update my review if that really happens. But in the meantime, I hope to continue to enjoy getting a decent night’s sleep with the aid of these magnesium supplements!

Seems like a good product, just started taking them.

I can see the difference , I feel with more energy, I sleep better every night.

Only been taking it a couple of weeks but I am sleeping better at night. I take it first thing in the morning, not at night but I am sleeping better
