Used it at a youth track meet for board for long jump or triple jump. Does really need extra thing tacks or staples to keep it down.

12 inch roll duct tape
Do not even attempt to use this without help in most cases.It's super sticky and being 12 inches wide it takes 2 sets of hands.I qas gonna use to light seal some corners in a foam walled grow room.Even in foot long pieces it was hard for 1 person to handle.Not un skilled .Retired electrician.Would work great as a Nascar quick repair...Other than that.Yep it's duct tape what more is there to say ?

This is just wide regular duct tape. Not even close to 9 mil. Your getting it back unused.

Unbelievably tough and strong, needs two people to work it
This is Duct Tape on steroids. 8 inch wide and an amazing 9mm thick this is made for large patch fixes.As an example I had a pop up tent canopy aluminum leg snap. It was an outside trade show so I had to get a quick fix. I wrapped the two broken legs in this and even despite strong breezes it held with no issues.ONE THING TO NOTE. this is difficult -- if not impossible -- to handle by yourself. A wood rod through the center helps but you need one person to hold it and one person with BOTH HANDS to peel it out.But as it is meant for extraordinary situations that generally can be arranged.At $32.88 (as of this review) it is cheap by comparison to name brands, and IF you NEED it, no price is too much. I RECOMMEND!

Great adhesion and durability so far
This is a good value on a proper roll of 8" duct tape. We ended up using it to hold some trim in place on our garage while we wait for repairs and it has been solid through several rains with a decent amount of wind. The white color is nice, as it doesn't look so shoddy, although I'm sure that is specific to your application. This tape is bright white on both sides and very sticky, with a significant fiber backing that feels comparable to most duct tapes I've used.Bonus testing: We used this tape to afix a quart jar of dried sliced apples and a pint of tomato juice to the cabinet where we store them (out of room). It's amazing tape and it seemed like a fun test. They've been stuck like that for 4 days with no real appreciable danger of falling, so that test agrees that this tape is the real deal.
