The media could not be loaded. I’ve suffered for awhile with PF and bought a few things here and there like arch support inserts. This is a great and affordable way to find what works best. The compression socks and arch support bands have been the most helpful for me so far. 2 days in and after sleeping in the compression socks, I’m finding my heels aren’t aching so much first thing in the morning.

There are some great bits in this kit but you may not use all of it. Ball very good and recommended by physio. I found the foot bandage helpful on painful days. Gel heels OK but ride up and the instep pads are comfy but physio said they were not enough support. Need to do exercises and wear a night splint in conjunction with this lot to see a difference.

The compression sock is extremely small. Would not say it was to fit up to women’s 6.5 more like a size 1.Other items where great

This recovery kit is a god send! I have suffered with plantar fasciitis since Oct 2017 and this kit has provided me with pain relief.The massage ball is made from hard plastic and I use this everyday to roll my feet over and it has worked miracles in elivating pain.The compression sleeves I wear when I play Sunday league football and provides great support for my feet and helps to reduce the pain.The silicone heel protectors are great for wearing around the house and did help with pain reliefThe cushioned arch supports are well made and hard enough to use around the house and provide much needed pain relief.The inserts I never used but are made of good quality, I wore them inside a pair of converse and they worked well, but I did not stick them down, so they did move about. All the same they provided good support to the arch of my feet.All the products within this kit are well made and the compression sleeves retain their shape after being washed in the washing machine.I highly recommend this kit for all those who suffer from plantar fasciitis, I am so glad I bought this product and it has helped redcued my pain significantly. I wish I had purchased this a lot sooner than suffering for over a year!

Hi, lovely kit , I found the support sock a bit too tight for me, and the ball was far too hard and spiky, I couldn't use it , the rest of the kit was great.

Fantastic little bag of tools for my planter, very pleased. I was just getting worse over the months and very frustrated. Immediately felt relief when I put the cushioned arch support over my compression sleeve (which I now have loads of, I purchased every kind of insole and sleeve imaginable ) never got any relief until I used the arch support but it was short lived. Over the wks I've been using everything in the pack, they are relieving my pain but it's going to take a while. Between these tools and stretches I'm confident I will beat this. The ankle support is just superb, it allows me to walk almost pain free 😀
