Bought the Labrador pro, really great bike, totally happy with the purchase. So happy in fact I bought a second one for my wife . A little heavy for her, ( she is 5’3”) but she is adapting fast and loves it.Best packaging and shipping I have ever seen..👍👍

With about 50 miles so far on various terrain, this bike has been awesome. The seat is more comfortable than I could imagine, even on a rough, 18 mile dirt trail ride. It is heavy, but sturdy and has plenty of power to get you up steep hills. The screen is easy to see in daylight and with polarized sunglasses on. The accessories could have better instructions as far as what screws to use, but is a great kit overall. The bike was impeccably packed in the shipping box. Be sure to put thread-lock on everything, including the seat, which was pre-assembled. Take some tools for the first couple rides as you will find out which might rattle loose.

Just bought thins bike and I am impressed how solid and comfortable this is. It comes with a comfortable seat perfect for everyday city rides. I don't do crazy mountain biking but on trails this monster bike rides fantastic, same comfort and lots of power. The dual suspension on a fat tire bike makes it more versatile, I just love riding this bike in the woods. I am 5'-8" tall an I find this bike to have the perfect size for me. The motor delivers a lot of power and I like the walking mode, I can easily push the bike up the stairs when I get home. As expected, this bike is really heavy, in my case I am comparing it to my previous electric mountain bike but I was looking more for comfort than crazy mountain biking.After a week the bike arrived I had a nice surprise, I received an accessory package (mirrors, bottle holder, anti-theft alarm (I think :) , nice locking cable, small pump, and a high quality bike cover). I think this was a part of the 4th of July deal when I bought it. Definitely worth checking their website for deals like this.The specs show a 40-80 miles/charge, I rode 50 miles on a single charge, road and trails combined, but I live in a pretty hilly area so I think that's pretty good for this type of bike.And it's orange! Awesome!

I bought the Puckipuppy Labrador bike (07/01/2024. It was well packaged, and nothing missing. See Picture. It was easy to follow the instructions for the installation. I am not a tall person (5'7”) and 60 years old, however this bike fits me fine and I feel confident riding it. The full suspension system enhances the comfort by reducing road shock. I have road other Ebikes and this one stands out. I like the fat tires that give better stability and comfort. I feel more confident on the gravel and rough terrain that I ride on. I like how the power assist is programmable to the way I ride. The bike is everything I could ask for. I have already put 40 miles on the bike in the last 5 days. I would recommend this bike and (PUCKIPUPPY) company to friends and family. “Great Bike”

I already own one, and ordered this one for my husband for Christmas. Great value fr the bikes. We ordered at the end of November and it was slow coming due to christmas. We contacted the company and they were amazing working with us to track the bike, offer money back for inconvenience (even know they were not at fault) and were willing to mail another out asap. Luckily the bike arrived. But I will forever recommend them. We love our Puckipuppys!

I bought this Puckipuppy bike for both on and off-road use. So far I find the performance excellent.The shock absorber is a standout feature, providing a smooth ride and effectively absorbing bumps. One suggestion I have for improvement is the addition of front and rear carriers, which would enhance the bike's versatility. The after-sales customer service has been top-notch, addressing my concerns about maintenance and parts sourcing.

I bought one direct from the company.DO NOT waste your money on this garbage.Random screws loosen and fall off while riding. I have to stop every 30 minutes to retighten the kickstand so it doesn’t fall off.A screw needed for the rear brakes fell off.Also, after replacing the screw, the rear brakes don’t work.The removable battery is no longer removable. The key does nothing anymore.The most the battery ever lasted was 30 miles. No where near the distance claimed.This is JUNK. Look elsewhere for an e-bike!!!
