If you are pure vegiterian and try to get some good and healthy protein then this is one of the best choice. I am using it daily from past week and I observe the difference while lifting weights and running. I feel more and energetic. It's more effective with good nutrient benifits. I use it every day — tasty, sweet strawberry, 30 gramm protein in 1 bar and 150 mg calcium, this is very good. Every day i eat two bars and not planning to stop

The bars are filling and keep you full for 2.3 to 3 hours. The only problem is that they are too sweet.

Best protein bars ever ....

The bar is very sweet, it gives a rush of energy like a sugar rush.The sweetener used maltitol acts as a laxative, so if u eat the whole bar at once, laxative will kick in and you will go to the toilet a couple of times.Better to eat the 10 g protein bar instead of this 30, unless you did a heavy workout and need that protein, for a snack without workout, this bar is very heavy and does cause nausea at times.As for value for money, it's very subjective.I suggest to eat lighter bars , this is only for pro's who need sudden energy rush and high protein in one go

Taste and all is fine but Very bad bloating and acidity after taking it.
