If you take creatine supplement and travel, these are very handy while traveling but too expensive for daily use at home. I took a trip overseas and wanted small but clearly labelled and unopened packages rather than carrying a white powder in an unmarked plastic bag! I used these for the two week trip and they were great and I felt confident that if someone were to check my bags it would be clear what they were.

Perfect for work travels so I keep consistent with 10MGs (5MG twice a day). Good quality.

I was looking for some Creatine packets I could take when I’m on the go, and these work great. The only reason I rank 4 instead of 5 is that they are impossible to open. I have to cut them open with scissors and then white powder gets all over my desk at work. I’m afraid they’re going to think I’m doing drugs.
