Pretty good value for money, doesn’t give the buttercream any weird taste. The colours are quite saturated however some more than others, i struggled to get the red to look red. I have seen that you can use an immersion blender or microwave method to deepen the appearance of the colours which i have yet to try but considering i haven’t used any of those methods and still got quite pigmented colours says a lot. You only need to use a few drops to get the colour to match what it shows on the bottle for most of the colours. (Please ignore how bad some of the designs are it’s my first time piping 😅). Overall this a good set of food dye for buttercream, most of the colours look great!

They are wayyyy smaller than expected but the colours are really good and you don’t need too much for it to work. The bottles are very hand to open but once you do it the first time it’s fine.

Bought for kids birthday cake. Came out brilliantly for royal icing but also fantastic for icing sugar and butter cream! I use them to create lots of different colours that the kids can use to create their own sugar cookies! A little drop goes a long way which I love as it’s stops the taste overpowering the taste of the butter cream or icing sugar.

Overall they were ok and I enjoyed using them for these cookies. They were also quite reasonably priced. The ‘black’ looks grey even though I added a lot. You have to use quite a bit to get a good colour. The taste isn’t the best.
