No drain hole for water/ice
My unit did not come with a drain hole which was shown in the product image which is really disappointing, other than that machine works pretty well

Not low lying
Fogs up the entire room. It does not work as stated, the fog immediately rises rather than lying low on the floor

Great for that low-lying fog effect!
We have used this for Halloween also for lighting affects at Christmas and have loaned it out to our local school for dances many times. I have owned it for about Half a year now with no issues. I would recommend it to others.
