I'm writing this review to hopefully save others from my experience:I do not have any stomach issues but have had since I started taking this supplement. I've been taking it in the evenings and every morning I wake up to loose bowels - yuck... I cut the dose in half but same results.I'm throwing mine away - what a waste of money.
