Finally! A guilt-free noodle that actually tastes good!
As someone who is always struggling with my weight, while simultaneously loving all carb-y noodles ever created, I am blown away by these noodles and feel like I can actually enjoy my beloved pasta again! I previously tried "House Foods" Shirataki noodles, which have a weird smell, texture and don't absorb the sauce / flavor the way a traditional pasta does. I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to settle for this poor pasta imitation for the rest of my life, BUT THEN - I tried these Konjac noodles! The texture is comparable to a traditional pasta! There's no weird smell and they absorb the sauce like a "normal pasta", so they taste great too! I am excited to try them in soups and stir fries.I thought I had to forego one of my favorite foods forever in order to maintain my healthier weight, but now I am so excited to have the ability to eat delicious pasta again. It's like a door I thought was closed forever is wide open again!Sorry if I seem weirdly passionate about this, but if you're someone who's had to give up their favorite foods for your weight, you probably understands where I am coming from! :)

Spaghetti and Meatballs are back on the menu!!!
Perfect for someone on a low car or Keto diet. They are only 12 calories per package. I use them in place of regular spaghetti. The only caveaut is that by themselves they taste plain, however, they will absorbe the flavor of whatever you cook them in. I always rinse thoroughly in hot water to get rid of any bitterness, then I sautee them in garlic butter and whatever seasonsing I want. Finally, I mix them in with my spaghetting and meat balls and top with italian cheest. Or they can be mixed in with Asian stir fry. The possibilities are endless.

Good noodle substitute if prepared properly
Decent no carb noodle. No taste and texture is not the same as wheat but it is ok as a base if prepared properly. Rinse multiple times, dry, then put in DRY pan and cook on Med high. It will hiss and pop and that's the excess water steaming off. Don't add any oil, sauce or liquid of any kind. Once they are as dry as possible, put the noodles in the heated sauce. I have made low cal "fettuccine" with laughing cow cheese or with a low carb sauce. Warning - these can be gassy if you are sensitive so have the first bite with an extra dose of Beano gas preventative or similar enzyme.

NOT FISHY OR RUBBERY!!!!
NO FISHY SMELL!!They aren't overly bouncy like wet rubber bands in your mouth either, they are softer. I rinsed them in cold water and changed the water a couple times. I then put them in a bowl, put a sauce on them and microwaved for 3 min. They ARE different from regular pasta but they aren't as horribly stinky, hard and rubbery as other brands. I eat these noodles maybe once a month.

Great low carb noodle
These are great! Konjac noodles often have a reputation for not smelling great until they're rinsed thoroughly, I have not found that to be true with this brand. They are a great addition for anyone that needs a low carb or a gluten free noodle. I use them regularly as a bed for stir fry or grilled tuna.

Great product and good value.
I love kanjac noodles. I have bought these for a couple of years now. I have a low carb diet, so these are a great option when I want to have a pasta product. Make sure you rinse them well before cooking them. I find the longer they simmer in my sauce the better they absorb a little bit of the flavor. I find the texture to be similar to a Ramen noodle.

All mushy. No noodles.
Noodles were all mush. Very disappointing.

They are hard to digest, research before buying
If this is your first time buying/eating konjac noodles, I would suggest you research a little bit beforehand.I was so excited when I discovered these alternative for high carb, high calorie spaghetti noodles. When they arrived, I actually ate two servings with my sauce. The noodles themselves basically have no flavor. They come pre cooked, you just need to rinse and heat in boiling water. And they pair nicely with spaghetti sauce. The problem comes from the fact that they are basically made from undigestible fiber. That means, if you indulge in them, you run the risk of GI issues, including blockage. I wish I'd know this before I scarfed down 2 pkgs. Eating them has left me uncomfortable for a few days now. Lesson learned......
