I'm making this review one day after receiving the product, so keep that in mind.Setup was easy but long-winded. It requires a phone app, no way around that. It also requires you to turn off battery optimization for the app and give it 24/7 background monitoring permissions. The app works well, and the paid-for services are very unnecessary and not pushed very much.The card has a button that can be double-clicked to ring your phone.The phone app can use a "find my device" kind of functionality to ring the card. The phone sound is not turned up for the ring, so if your phone was silent, the ring might not work... or if the volume was low, it wouldn't increase the volume. If the phone was set to airplace mode or had BT off, it also would not ring at all. The card's ring, however, works quite well.The card is thin, almost as thin as a credit card, and fits into some wallets but not as easily as a credit card. You may have to put it in the cash part of your wallet. Some wallets block the connection to the phone, too, so if your wallet blocks signals, this card may be rendered useless.The finder app can also tell you where the card is, and if you pay for their tracking service, the places the card and phone visit will be logged on a map. You can also name specific addresses to more easily track times the card/phone arrive at such locations. Good tracking device if you don't mind a service fee.I'm considering getting a second card for my wife. This thing works really well. However, I'm going to wait a couple months and see if the battery lasts.

I bought this Tile by Life360 Starter Pack (2024) for my boyfriend, who’s always misplacing his keys, phone, or wallet. I gave it to him for his birthday, and just a few days later, he went out of town and lost his car keys. He remembered I had given him the Tile and, along with his friends and brother, started listening for the jingle. I directed them to check a pocket in the back seat of the car—sure enough, that’s where he had left them!He immediately texted me saying how happy he was to have it. We love that it’s black and blends in nicely, especially since the credit card-style Tile looks just like any other card in his wallet. It also fits perfectly on his keychain. The app was easy to install—just scan the QR code and you’re in. It worked seamlessly with his phone and helped them locate his keys quickly. Highly recommend if you or someone you know constantly loses things!

Not just for lost or misplaced items. Ever had something valuable stolen? Make it easy for the police to get it back .. just give them the tracking info, and let them go get it. So much of a stress put at ease. These tiles are incredibly small and come in various sizes to be attached to (or inside) just about anything. The square tile, I put into a foam pocket, and it is the perfect size to fit into the components section of a guitar. My Guitars get moved, stored, and transported by dozens of different people, non-stop, and at venues they're easily pilfered. I have since put them in most of my guitars, and hidden them in every vehicle. The criminals would have to steal the item, change location, find the tile and remove it, then change location again before I can share the info with the police, 90% of criminals aren't that good.The tile tracking system is incredibly versatile and world-wide. On top of that - it is incredibly affordable. So, it doesn't just use your phone to Bluetooth track, it uses EVERY phone in the system (millions) to track. Once you've entered your info into the 360° tracking system, you become part of the system for tracking these tiles. I can be in Iowa, and track a tile in Arizona and another in Florida, all at the same time. The Bluetooth system updates location at indeterminate intervals, roughly between every 5 and 30 minutes, and the batteries last up to 3 years. For the Bluetooth to work, the tile has to be within a hundred yards or so of any phone in the system. If a tile is out of range, it gives the last known location. Rural areas are a bit more difficult, but in urban areas - no worries at all. In my area, there are over 2,000 phones within a 1 mile radius, that are in the system. That allows for pinpoint tracking, whether I'm in the area or not. Just share the location with the police, and let them do their thing. These tiles are EVERYWHERE in the modern civilized world, no matter the city, country, or continent, the 360° tracking system works. And there is no additional cost beyond the purchase of the tile. I love these things !!!!

I bought one of these prior to this purchase and it worked get. It was inexpensive and small enough that it fit on a keychain without adding a lot of bulk. However, with this one the battery died after 7 months. I did purchase the protection plan so we’ll see what happens. Overall it’s been a lifesaver for my husband who can’t find anything

I purchased this after losing a wallet and it’s been a lifesaver! It connects well to my iPhone and my fiancé’s android. It’s easy to set up on Life360 and is easy to keep track of on there as well. It’s nice and thin so it fits in any wallet, even the Ridge wallet.

My boyfriend loses his wallet constantly, and this has been so helpful in tracking where it is. The app works great and he is able to quickly determine if the wallet is still nearby, or if he’s left it somewhere else. It fits in his wallet very well and doesn’t take up much room or make it hard to close. It was easy to set up the tracker and it’s been a huge relief knowing his wallet is never lost for long.

I’ve had these for years and have never lost my wallet! So helpful to be able to find with the beeping noise. It’s loud enough that it even sounds faintly when it’s buried in pillows and blankets. Or in a wallet in a bag under the sofa. :)
