Practical Product for Sun Protection
UV light is very damaging to the skin, and applying SPF may not be enough to help on long days when you're out in the sun for hours. Hats can help, unless the sun is at an angle that's even with your face. That's where these face patches come in -- you place them directly on your face to provide a physical barrier against the sun. My skin has sunspots that have gotten worse with age, and they don't go away. Products like this may seem extreme, but they're the best to use when you'll be in the sun for hours.

Not exactly "attractive" but they help
These patches are pretty large to cover under your eyes and cheeks when out in the sun. Even on a hot day, the adhesive seemed to stay put. I think if I were to leave them on all day, my skin would most likely have some irritation as they were a tiny bit red underneath when I took them off. I do have more sensitive skin however. I would only wear them in front of my husband or by myself because they don't look the prettiest on. You would also still need to use sunscreen on the rest of your face so I'm not sure I see the point of these too much, but they definitely help to protect you from the sun.

UN protection patches
I did not like these patches. They were not holding to the skin when sweating.

Great coverage. Wish it had crazy designs.
I love these patches because they do a great job at protecting my cheeks from the blazing sun when I'm out cycling or playing tennis. I am allergic to sunscreen, and I have to wear a hat with a wide bream to protect my face. When I'm cycling 20 miles (3 times a week), my face is fully exposed, and I have sunspots and skin discoloration as a result. So, I am limited to cycling and playing tennis only in the early evenings when the sun is setting. With these patches, I can cycle/ play tennis during the day without fear of sun damage. My only critique is that I wish these patches had crazy looking designs on it because the "skin tone" is not exactly unnoticeable. So, if I'm going to wear them, I mind as well go all out and show it off. Here are some suggestions: happy face, skulls & bones, any kind of patterns, solid colors, reflective component would also be great so that people can see it. Overall, I am very happy with these patches... the larger, the more coverage the better. This product is made in Korea.

Works Well
I wish the ingredients had been listed somewhere on the product listing but my box has them as follows: Water, Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Dipropylene Glycol, Polyacrylic Acid, Niacinamide, 1,2-Hexane-diol, Sorbitol Cellulose Gum, Sodium Hyaluronate, Carbomer, Butylene Glycol, Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Extract, Iris Versicolor Extract, Leontopodium Alpinum Flower/Leaf Extract, Lilium Candidum Flower Extract, Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Flower Extract, Freesia Refracta Extract, Rosa Centifolia Flower Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Beta-Glucan, Hydrolyzed Collagen, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Aluminum Glycinate, Tartaric Acid, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Allantoin, Menthyl Lactate, Disodium EDTA, Adenosine, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Fragrance. The ingredients aren't bad but they're quite a lot for a UV patch! I wanted to call out potential irritants for those with sensitive skin - there are quite a few flower extracts as well as added fragrance and Menthyl Lactate. The Menthyl Lactate causes a slight cooling sensation (think peppermint) and I admit it’s a refreshing feeling, especially on a hot day, but just something to note if you have sensitive skin.Inside the box are four individually packaged sets of patches in sealed little packages (so I can see this being something you can toss in your bag without worrying). They’re easy to apply and I like that they’re individually packaged so you’re not exposing the rest to unnecessary air/elements.I like these, they’re comforting, last quite a while, and are bigger so they cover a larger surface. It does take some courage to wear out, not going to lie since these aren’t as commonly used here, but I did like having the added layer of protection when I knew I would be out in the sun for several hours. Apparently, this is a big hit amongst golfers, which I can totally understand.

Interesting product
A very interesting UV protection eye patch. It keeps your facial skin moist and protected. It sticks well and doesn't fall off your face. It's like texture of thick bandage without the sticky glue. It works to protect part of your face from UV rays. No stinging feeling , no irritation either. The only thing is you still have to put sunblock on the rest of your face, neck, ears. One important aspect is you won't have that stinging sunblock on your eyes. If you have a small face, the patches are going to be big and bridge of your nose do get slippery because of the patch.Overall, it's good, there's pros and cons. Price is okay. And it really sticks without irritation.

Protects against UV-B rays
I really wanted to like these patches and they do work. But, sunscreen still needs to be applied to the areas of the face the patches do not cover which I understood when I chose them. The sunscreen needs to be applied after the patches are in place so it doesn't interfere with the patching sticking to my skin. I have tried using the patches for more than one weaing, but they don't stick very well when worn the second time. The beige color of the patch does not blend in with my skin color as well as I was hoping so maybe if they were available in a bright color they would be fun to wear since they are so visible anyway.
