Perfect
"I kind of liked the I bought on Amazon. While it's not perfect, it has some smart features that have been useful to me. The quality is good and the design is appealing. However, it could improve in some areas. Overall, it's a decent product that gets the basics done. I'd recommend it to those looking for something similar, but with moderate expectations."

To good to use any other brand!
This bulb is amazing! Use it with EVERYTHING smart device and voice command with my Echo Alexa. Does not get hot so you can touch it to unscrew etc. This type of bulb gives you a dim light, up to max light. Love it

Good product
I have 5 of these bulbs. They are work great and work with Alexa and a separate all. Love them! Easy to connect too!

Easy to set up
Like it but is a little glitchy at times. Blinks when it’s on for a while & doesn’t always respond to commands. Other than that I like it.

It works as advertised!
It was free with an Echo Pop, though they make you jump through hoops to get it at ZERO cost, so I can't really complain.

My order qualified for this for free. Got it as a bonus with my order. I gave it to a friends son and he loves it.

Replacement bulb worked - watch out for connection errors in a defective bulb!
Update (with additional star)This bulb is still very clunky when used with Alexa but at least it stays connected. I can change colors but since Alexa doesn't understand "warm", I have to use the WiZ app to set it back! After I got it setup under the WiZ app, I started the "integration" with Alexa. To my surprise, pleasantly, it started the Alexa skill for the WiZ bulb! That completed the connection and it stayed connected. This is something that was NOT done with the original bulb.WiZ replaced the original bulb as defective since it would not stay connected to the Alexa app. That was 90% of my problem. I have to give their customer service a thumbs-up for helping me. However, even the new bulb that worked took over an hour to set up even with WiZ! I'm not sure what was wrong. I ended up setting it up on a different lamp, then moving it to the desired lamp and hoping it would stay connected and set up. It did. Probably because of some naming confusion, setting up the WiZ bulb removed the setting of one Amazon Basics bulb and that took a couple of tries to get back online. There were some reviews complaining that every time there was a power outage, the bulbs had to be reset. By moving the bulb from one lamp to another, I simulated just that situation. It did not lose setting. Not long after it was set, there was a 20 hour power outage. When the power was restored, the light came on. Alexa properly turned it off!One of the biggest confusion/drawbacks to using a WiZ bulb with Alexa is that there were two additional "devices" defined during setup -- the room and the home as defined in the WiZ app. That just causes confusion!I still say, if you're wanting a bulb to work under Alexa, then the simplest and most straightforward thing to do is use an Amazon bulb. No confusion!Original review --It works - barely and with a great amount of trouble! It took hours to get this "FREE" item to work. It was a "Bonus" with the purchase of an Echo device. What wasn't said was that the Alexa skill needed to finish the setup will not work from any "fully updated" Alexa app on any fire! The highest level of Android on any fire is 11 and the app needs Android 12. The result is out of about 8 devices in my house, exactly ONE would work and I had to take the time to install the base app there before I could enable the skill. Then the bulb has to be RESET if you move it to a different lamp. I had it in one lamp while I tested and worked with Customer Service. How/Why it started to work, I don't know! It was linked/de-linked 4 or 5 times when it suddenly started to work with Alexa. I moved it to the desired location and spend another time or two getting it to work AGAIN!This was yesterday - I haven't tested if it will still work today. It's not even worth the price I paid for it - $0.00 for all the trouble it's given me.Stick to Amazon devices talking to Alexa -- no extra apps or skill needed to get what you want.Update - a few days laterI finally gave up. It works, then a few hours later, it fails -- if it even lasts that long before failing. After working with the WiZ people on email multiple times and several chats with Amazon, I just gave up. I'm returning it for a replacement of an Amazon bulb. It just is not stable and is not worth the headache!
