Stitching could be cooler
stitching started ripping 2nd set into 70lb other than that this thing is great :)

Good stretch for the long head of Tricep
Like the length of the rope. Using at gym it allowed me to expand Tricep workout. Especially better stretch of the long head on over head Tricep exercises

Not worth the money
Stitching broke on first use with 50lbs of weight, don't recommend. Over all seems cheaply made.
