Computer not working since I got it
I haven’t got the time to wright about what has been going on with the laptop I bought in Amazon I paid like almost 499.00 dollars and since I got it I’ve been having issues I really need my laptop but it’s just not working at all first it started getting really slow and now I can’t even use it I would love to know if I can send it back and be checked is a HP I need to know what is going on with my laptop it says virus found all the time what can y’all do can you give me a suggestion please. Or is there any place I can send it back and be fix it is not working since I got this computer.

I like hp products
I am very happy with this laptop, I have only been using it for 3 or 4 days, so I am still getting familiar with it. I have not used the earbuds yet but, I feel so blessed to get these, I am very hard of hearing so this way I can watch things without disturbing others. I like the long charging cord also.

Very fast starting up and very fast down loading websites
I like the keyboard letters easy to to type with my big fingers.... I like the panel board around the keys it's looks like wood grain very sharp and nice looking. The only down fall about this PC laptop is the battery life it doesn't last long when not plugged in. I trust in HP products they are very well made and I like the customer service department they are nice and they guide you through the steps if something needs to be fixed right away.

For non-heavy duty users recommend highly.
Purchased this for a friend And did the initial setup. It works great. It comes with Windows in S mode and I recommend unless you want to be very restricted to turn off S mode.I believe it to be a real value for the money. This review does not include any consideration for longevity as it is a new purchase. I don’t anticipate any problems as it appears to be well-built for the price point and a generally good machine.

Battery
Laptop is decent. My only complaint is it does not hold battery charge at all. I feel like I constantly have to have it plugged in.
