Sturdy item works well. very soothing . Doesn't get as warm as hoped . would be better with different heat settings . The music is annoying as can't lower or mute . So if sharing a bed could be annoying to partner. Would work well with an app . So you could adjust volume or music

The media could not be loaded. No blutooth, no volume control, every mode has high pitched very annoying distorted tinny voice and kids toy jingly music you cannot turn off and everyone can hear. Noisy mechanics. Far from relaxing. Returning as not practical and not as advertised.

The heat is awful not hot like the microwave eye masks and the massage function doesn’t go over eyelids. I needed this to help for dry eye syndrome and doesn’t do anything. Very disappointment especially at £40!
