The sound quality, comfort, and battery life are top-notch—truly one of the best products I've come across in recent times.A couple of minor observations: a carrying pouch in the box would’ve been a thoughtful addition, and your ears may feel a bit warm during extended use. I literally can't tell why are there negative review. These headphones are the entry level of premium headphones the built quality is so premium and the aux is really solid too.Pros:-Mic is really good,Anc is great for price,Really comfortable to wear,Bass boost will blast the song like amazing,Absolutely good for workout,Not heavy really feels light,transparency mode works quite well too..Cons:-I didn't find any cons rn I'll update if I find any.

Best in class in this budget segment . ANC does fine. Superior sound quality. One can compare the clarity to jbl live 770 NC which I use along side. Needs little tweaking through jlabs app. I found sound clarity to be nice with a good soundstage too for this price. App supports updates too and got an update immediately after connecting for the first time. Ear cuffs are designed uniquely than any other over the ear headphones. One little issue with the ear cuffs though, it gets really hot around ears after some time and we sweat heavily. That issue may be because the muffs provided covers entire ear with a very snug fit. Earmuffs are soft and durable. Battery life is amazing. Haven’t charged even once since started burning in. It’s been more than 30 hours playing on 70% volume with ANC on and still the battery shows 60 %. Over all good built quality is good even though made of plastic and doesn’t feel cheap. Bluetooth connection is great and supports google fast pair. Haven’t noticed any lag or disconnection ever. Just go for it if you are in budget and you won’t be disappointed.

It doesn't effectively cancel background noise, others on the call are still able to hear the surrounding sounds from my end.Amazon doesn't provide direct options to replace the device. I have already gone through chat support and it state chose other options to contact support but there is no other option.Such a pathetic service.

The headphones are good, if I had to compare other ANC headphones around 10K, the Jlab's top the chart. JBL's doesn't come any close in the ANC battle.The only problem I have with the Jlab's is the Earcups, they are kinda tight for my ears, practically any adult will feel the same. For a teenager it's fine i guess. Considering for around for 1-2 hours of usage it's fine, but it's later uncomfortable especially when the ANC is on. But since I bought the headphones particularly for the ANC I am not complaining much.For anyone else, who is specially looking for good ANC headphones, but are also comfortable on the ears, go for the Sennheiser Accentum's. The Sony or Soundcore one for 7-8K are comfortable, but their ANC, and VFM aspect is not close to JLAB'S!
